Return & Refund Policy

At Agape Lavender Lab, every product is handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully sourced botanicals. Because many of our products are personal care items, we must follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unopened

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Hello@AgapeFarmSouth.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the unopened item and place a new order.

Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer

Our products are made with natural ingredients. Individual sensitivities can occur. We encourage customers to review ingredient lists carefully and perform a patch test before use. Refunds will not be issued for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, gift cards, and custom or limited-edition products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
